Yes! We offer free free shipping on all orders over $49 in the Continental United States.

For safety concerns, we don’t do returns or exchanges on ALL our food products. 

Orders will be processed 24-48 hours from receipt, except orders placed on the weekend.  Those orders will begin processing on Monday or following holiday.  Orders can take up to 10 business days for transit after processing depending on your location.  Please check with USPS and UPS before contacting us. If you have not received your package after 10 business days from shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Once you place the order, if you want to make any changes to the order such as changing the address, changing items or adding an offer code, it must be done within 12 hours of when you placed the order. Once the order is processed and shipped out, NO changes can be made. 

If there are product concerns or damages when you receive our products, please take a photo of the concern/damage and email us immediately info@htyusa.com for us to help you resolve it.  Please include the order number in the email as well.  Please retain the products in case we need you to send it back for further analysis.

All of HTY meat products (jerky, ham, and minced pork) are gluten-free. 

Our web site only allows one promotion code per order. Promotion codes includes VIP awards.  You can’t combine offers.  For example, if you buy 4 bags of 12 oz jerky, 1 bag will be automatically free. This offer can’t be combined with a 20% code.  Also, in order to get the 4th bag free for 14 oz, jerky, you need to put 4 bags in the cart.  No exceptions.  If you only put 3, you will not get the 4th bag and we will not be able to mail you another bag for free. 

All HTY meat products are Made in the USA using American sourced meat. All non-meat HTY products are Made in Taiwan.
