| 麻婆豆腐 - Ma-Po Tofu (Spicy tofu with shredded pork) |  | Ingredients: Soft Tofu (2 pieces about 400g) Dry scallop about 10 pieces Hsin Tung Yang pork paste or Hsin Tung Yang pork paste chili (Can substitute Hsin Tung Yang beef paste for people who prefer beef). Dry mushroom (4 pieces) Onion (2 pieces) Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Corn Starch 2 teaspoon | Cooking Steps: Cut the tofu into small pieces. Soak the dry mushroom in water until it turns soft. Drain out the water and cut the mushroom into small pieces. Cut the onion into small pieces. Heat up one tablespoon of oil in the pot. Put mushroom and onion in the pot and stir fry. Then add Hsin Tung Yang pork paste, tofu and soy sauce into pot. Add 1/2 cup of water into the pot. Cook at a low temperature for approximately 5 minutes. Use 2 tablespoon of corn starch and mix it in the pot. Add a little of onion on the top and it is ready to serve. |

| 肉醬意大利粉 - Beef Pasta |  | Ingredients: 1 bowl of pasta Hsin Tung Yang beef paste (1 can) (Can substitute Hsin Tung Yang pork paste for people who prefer pork). Onion 1/2 cup Fresh mushroom (3 pieces) Red tomato (1 piece) | Cooking Steps: Boil water and cook the pasta for approximately 10 minutes. Then add cold water into the boiled water. Drain out the water and let the pasta cool. Cut the onion and mushroom into small pieces. Wash tomatoes and boil into hot water. Peel off the tomato skin and cut into small pieces. Put 2 tablespoon of oil into bowl. Add onion, tomato, mushroom and Hsin Tung Yang beef paste and mix it together with the oil and it is ready to serve. |

| 臘腸蒸雞 - Steamed chicken with sausage | Ingredients: Hsin Tung Yang Cantonese sausage (2 pieces) Chicken leg (marinate with 3 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1/3 teaspoon of sugar, 1/8 tablespoon of pepper) Mushroom (2 pieces) Cooking Steps:
Remove the bone from the chicken leg and marinate it with the ingredients given above. Cut the sausage in small piece. Soak the mushroom in water until it becomes soft and cut it into small pieces. Lay the chicken, mushroom, and sausage in the cooking bowl. Steam the bowl for approximately 20 minutes in medium to high. |

| 魚香茄子 - Egg plant with garlic sauce |  | Ingredients: egg plant (3 pieces) dry scallop (10 pieces) onion (2 pieces) Garlic (3 pieces) ginger (1 small piece) sugar 1.5 teaspoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon a little sesame oil | Cooking steps: Wash the egg plant, then cut into small pieces. Chop the garlic and ginger into small bits. Heat up the oil Add 3 cups of oil in the pot and add egg plant into the pot. Deep fry the egg plants until the color turns brown. Drain the oil out. Add 2 teaspoon of hot oil into the pot. Mix the oil with onion, garlic, ginger (chopped) Add Hsin Tung Yang pork paste in the pot. Mix and add deep fry the egg plant with sugar and soy sauce in the pot. Cook for two minutes in low temp. When it is ready to service, add some Hsin Tung Yang sesame oil to complement the taste. |

| 豆瓣魚 - Hsin Tung Yang's fried pork paste braised fish |  | Ingredients: one fish (white fish) one tray of soft tofu onion (3 pieces) chopped garlic 1 tablespoon 1 piece of chili pepper ginger 1 tablespoon Hsin Tung Yang soy bean sauce one tea spoon dry scallop 10 pcs Hsin Tung Yang spicy pork paste 1 can (Can substitute Hsin Tung Yang beef paste for people who prefer beef). soy sauce one tablespoon sesame oil one tea spoon soy sauce one big spoon sweet fermented rice one big spoon oyster soy sauce two big spoon sugar one big spoon | Cooking steps: Wash the fish and wipe the fish dry. Cut tofu and onion into small pieces. Chop the chili pepper into small bits. Add one cup of heated oil in the pan and put the fish in. Cook the fish on both sides. After the fish is cooked, remove the fish from the pan and put it in a dish. Add 2 cups of heated oil in the pan. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, sweet fermented rice, Hsin Tung Yang soy bean sauce, Hsin Tung Yang spicy pork paste in the pan. Mix and stir fry the ingredients. Finally add one cup of soy sauce and one cup of water and cook for approximately 10 minutes in low temp. Add tofu and cook for about five minutes Right before you remove the food from the pan, add a little amount of sesame oil. Remove the food and pour it on top of the fish and it is ready to eat. |

Cut the tomato into small pieces and add it in. Add Hsin Tung Yang pork paste, mushroom and corn starch and mix it together. Cook for a few minutes. Prepare white rice and put it on the side of the dish. Remove the food from the pan and pour it on top of the rice. |

| 臘味煲仔飯 - Hot Pot Rice Bowl | Ingredients: Hsin Tung Yang Hunan cured ham (1/2 lbs) Hsin Tung Yang pork sausage (3 pieces) Soy sauce 2 tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon White rice 4 bowls Vegetable 6 pieces Oil 2 tablespoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Cooking Steps:
Steam ham and sausage for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked. Cut the meat into small pieces. Put the meat into a bowl. Add soy sauce and sugar in the bowl and mix it with the meat. Prepare a small pot of white rice and lay all the ham and sausage on top of the rice. Steam the pot for about ten to fifteen minutes (use medium to high). Boil the vegetable in water and add salt to it. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir fry the vegetable. Add the vegetable to the middle of the pot with rice and meat.  |

| 香腸薄餅 - Sausage Pizza |  | Ingredients: pastry flour about 300g salt one teaspoon sugar powder 30 g milk 1/2 cup butter 60 g baking powder 1/2 tea spoon Jack cheeses 150g Hsin Tung Yang sausage (4 pieces) parsely one tea spoon two small green pepper | Cooking Steps: Shred the Jack cheese Cut Hsin Tung Yang sausage into small pieces and cut green pepper into thin pieces. Add pastry flour on the table. Add salt, sugar powder, baking powder to the flour and mix it. Add milk to it and let it sit there for a while about 20 minutes. Come back to press and roll the flour into a small circle. Add some oil to the metal pan and put the flour pastry on it. Add cheese and the rest of the sausage and green pepper on top of the flour. Bake in an oven (use medium temp.) until the cheese almost melt. |
